Many traits that drive us to succeed have the potential of bringing out the dark side of leadership. In this book, the leader learns how this can happen and how to identify his or her dark side.  This book will help you accomplish three things: First, it will guide you in understanding what the dark side is. Second, it will assist you in identifying your own dark side. Third, it will give you some specific steps for overcoming the dark side lurking in your success before you unexpectedly get blindsided by it. Before we can effectively begin to overcome our dark side and mitigate its negative effects, we must be able to identify the particular issues we struggle with and learn how they have become dark-side issues for us. Overcoming the Dark Side of Leadership will be the first step on a lifelong journey that will lead you to a more fulfilling and effective life ministry. While, the articles are written from a secular business perspective, there is much to glean here.

3. Music/CD – “Trusting Angels"
