Eunice Barruel, co-director of Vanguard Music Group, is a worshipper whose desire is to see the nations worship. She is also the founder and international director of New Strength International Ministries (NSIM), based in Virginia Beach, Virginia and San Francisco, California, whose mission is to usher the glory of God to the nations for transformation and harvest. Her heart is to partner with national and international churches, ministries, and organizations in order to exhort, equip and release them to fulfill their purposes and destinies.

NSIM invites you to join them for Mobilize 2005, an internship program for emerging leaders in the areas of worship leaders/singers, musicians, dancers, intercessor and artists, May 23 – July 31, 2005.  Those enrolling in the program must be 18-28 years old.  It is a 10 week program that begins in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia for 6 weeks of training and mentorship. There are four major components to the curriculum; Spiritual Formation, Cultural Issues, Worship and Leadership Development. In the final four weeks students are "mobilized" as they travel overseas to partner with missionaries and pastors in the Philippines and in India to help train others in worship.
