John and Nancy Dorsch have a vision in their hearts for a new church in the Central Maryland region. Spring 2003 is the time for laying groundwork for this new Vanguard Partner Church with apostolic leaders and the Dorsch's giving their attention to prayer, planning, strategy development, and assembling a launch team. This church plant will follow the principles set forth in Bob Logan's Cell Church Planting Guide.
