Recently Vanguard Ministries moved into its new offices at 149 Business Park Drive in Virginia Beach. They share the second floor of the Harbour Building with New Life @ Virginia Beach. Pastor Sam Scaggs and his staff have generously made the two office suite available for VM's use. The beautiful Williamsburg-styled colonial office building was purchased by Ray and Shirley Noftsinger to be used for their biblically based financial services ministry, Harbour Credit Counseling and Financial Services.

Final renovations were completed in September and a special dedication service was conducted on October 15th with Pastor Eric Watt, Pastor Sam Scaggs, and Pastor Joseph Umidi (all Partner Church pastors with VM) leading in the dedicatory prayers. Those attending walked through the building and around the property speaking blessings and breaking generational curses from the past. It was a special evening as all who were present could sense.

Vanguard Ministries new suite includes office spaces for Monelle Baynard, our Office Manager/Executive Assistant and our International Director, Bobby Hill. There is also a shared conference room and work area. The location of the new offices is strategically located in the heart of Hampton Roads and only minutes from the airport.
